I'm a vegetarian. Most of the staples I eat come from my garden. Nothing ties me to the ignorance and backwardness of the north.

Peppers, onions, tomatoes, potatoes grains etc all come from the north, doesn't a vegetarian eat all these? That you don't buy from them doesn't mean that your people won't. Posting vicious lies about them and their goods won't change that. Millions of southerners (including your immediate and extended family) consume foods from the north on a daily basis, how many cases of cholera or meningitis have you heard as a result of that? A lot of foods consumed by southerners are brought in from the north, your bigotry won't change that.

Most of the food produced in this country DOES NOT come from the north. I wonder why lots of otherwise intelligent people (I'm excluding you from that category) insist on believing the lie that the dry desert soil of northern Nigeria which can't even feed the impoverished masses of the North, is somehow capable of feeding 200 million people. Utter stupidity.
