This is to inform the general public that Applications for the Osun State School of Nursing Admission form for the 2018/2019 session has been announced. Applicants are to get a scratch card, and apply through the eServices portal to begin your application.

Admission Requirement.
Applicants must pass the follow English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics at a minimum of credit level in either WAEC or NECO.

Note: Applicants Awaiting Result will not be offered admission.

How to Purchase Osun State School of Nursing Form.
Applicants are to purchase the form/scratch cards at the Osun State School of Nursing, Asubiaro Osogbo or Osun State Ministry of Health at Abere, Osogbo which is located at the state secretariat.
