AroleOduduwa:
Nigeria is a failed state, judges must be free from political intervention and intimidation. How can you arrest someone for more than 24 hours without charging him to court. I know we are just bingo’s making noise online but Pres. Buhari needs to know that intimidation doesn’t last very long.

See ignorance at its peak.

Now Govt officials remand citizens in prisons and not the court of law since nyako the judge of the said alleged case on which Abaribe was arrested has denied she was involved..

And to think the same people gave MKO GCFR award on democratic tendencies...

Prison? Was your education that poor to the extent that you couldn't differentiate between police custody and prison? Or, you were just trying to be sensational? Pity!

What is/are the charge/charges preferred against him?

The evil you help groom today with ur support might become ur doom tomorrow.

Karma beckons....

He stood surety for Kanu just to become IPOB hero which he had already become.

All those in support of this tyranny will very soon experience it.Today is an Igbo man and non Igbos tagged the Igbos"IPOB touts",supporting the President's abuse of power in a democratic state.Nigerians should have this in mind"We will know no peace until this ethnic war ends".Igbos agitated without arms and were proscribed but Herdsmen are slaughtering Nigerians daily with arms and nothing is happening.Nigerians think and grow rich, else it will get to your turn.

Refused a serving senator bail, based on issues best known to people, while miaty alah leader can continue his killing of innocent people, those who refuse to see injustice in all the evil that is going in the society, and have continued to see justice in the case of ipob. If u don't want them in the country allow them to be on there on.

Ebimor96:
That compromised Arewa Olosho judge did not even care to question the Fulani led Federal Government on the reasons (if any) for arresting kidnapping a Senator in a gestapo manner, devoid of respect for a man of his standing, rather she was blabbing without any iota of decorum and sensibilities expected of a judicial official.

The Fulani govt of the day has, inadvertently, taught every section of Nigeria how to wield Federal cum Presidential powers in this contraption called Nigeria.

Their time will soon be up and another group will also unleash terror on the Fulanis, because it would be viewed as standard practice.

Since it's them that have set the precedence, they are advised in advance, to prepare for a taste of their own medicine.

one simple question for judge binta nyako or whatever is her name, why don't you just ask the federal government /the army why the invasion of kanu's residence while he was on bail?, why didn't they approached the court for the revocation of kanu's bail if they felt it was necessary?, those who are supporting what Apc is doing in this case should think deeply, there is a tomorrow!just look at the killings going on in the country but we don't get to see the decisiveness of government but continuous fabricated excuses for political gains, it's so awful, shameful n embarrassing but to the buhari supporters he can never be wrong.

stop be foolish.Abaribe's arrest has nothing to do with Kanu's case.In the coming days it is either the DSS arraigns him in court or he will be forced to go to court to enforce his fundamental human rights. His current arrest has nothing to do with Kanu's surety

If the army didn't go against the justice system by invading his home to harass him then the judge would have a point here but because of the actions of the army, Senator Abiribe cannot be held accountable for Kanu's disappearance. He could be dead, for all we know.

He approach the judge when?
During his trial.
Hahahahahahahaha,
The jobless lazy idiotic pigs of Biafra will not stop to amuse us.

Did he come court to approach the judge for his release or he came to be sent to jail because he failed to produce your terrorist leader.

During what trial? When did he appear in court? To my best knowledge, his lawyer approach the judge(Ex parte)

P.S I’m not Igbo

I see North rejoicing over this. Continue with the bigot tyranny you have as president. What you're building will explode on you people soon. Do remember that Buhari will not be president forever and definitely no fulani will adhere to that leadership again considering we see how you all act when your given an inch of power. Remember the same injustice you support will be the same injustice the rest of us will support when it's you people's turn

We will be here to remind the Fulani's about how the imposed tyranny and bulldozed the rest of the country when power changes hands. Power will always remain transient.

There will be a time when they will be killed in their millions, they'll cry but we'll simply remind them how they legitimized tyranny. They should enjoy this one while it lasts.
