The summary is that these must be over-bloated figures since the dull president said he willfully signed a "padded/doctored budget" into law thereby legalizing an illegality.The buck stops @ his table.

So, our lawmakers reduced the security budget of unity schools and then increased its own budget by N14billion with the justification that they need to overhaul the security architecture of the national assembly. That sounds very hypocritical. If the already overprotected national assembly complex needs a N14billion overhaul, our poorly protected unity schools deserves a far more comprehensive security overhaul considering the high rate of school children kidnapping.
