Abati Emmanuel Tosanwumi, a graduate Studied Mechanical engineering from Federal Polytechnic Nekede, Owerri, Imo state, graduated with two degrees in Applied Petroleum Engineering Degree and Power and Process Operations from Southern Alberta Institute of Technology in Canada.

According to reports, Abati Emmanuel who hails from Sapele area in Delta state - is the first person to graduate with two degrees at the same time in the history of the institution.

He was specially recognized by the school authorities for achieving the great feat.
