There are other small halls at the o2. The o2 indigo is one of them. This is the one African artists normally use. Tiwa does shows at the o2 indigo as well.

The O2 Arena is actually 20,000 capacity while the O2 Indigo is just 2,750 capacity. 40,000 is huge and no music arena in the UK boasts that capacity. Largest is the Manchester Arena with 21,000 capacity.
