Ranches will never exist in southern Nigeria and the middle belt. If it comes to violence you will realize no one has a monopoly over violence. No sane human being will like to have blood thirsty terrorists close to them.The state governments of the NE/NW should use their own allocations to build ranches for their terrorist citizens on their own land
