THE MILITARY AUTHORITY UNDER REPORT OR NORTH REPORT AT ALL. THEY ONLY REPORT HOW THEY HAVE DEFEATED BOKO HARAM IN THEORY BUT FAILTO REPORT SOLDIERS THAT DIED AND KILLED BY BOKO HARAM EVEN IN THEIR OWN BARRACKS. THAT IS THE REALITIES ON GROUND.
