We seek a passionate Sales and Marketing Consultant who will provide strategic and practical advice to boost our client’s marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and knowledgeable in everyday sales and marketing activities. We want to see one with excellent communication, lots of enthusiasm and ready to make a difference. Knowledge of the conglomerate sector matters much.

Expected Duties & Deliverables

1. Create sales protocols and procedures designed to increase conversion rates and improve incoming sales interactions to deliver the transformation objectives of our client;
2. Analyze market competition and plan strategies to manage identified risks and threats as well as design attractive plans to increase the sales of our client’s products;
3. Assist marketing managers and directors in coming up with focused branding, positioning, and marketing tools for each product or service;
4. Tracks sales and feedback for robust evaluation of sales performance over time as well as adjust marketing strategies as necessary;
5. Increase product knowledge among the sales team and involve senior management in product knowledge initiatives;
6. Help improve brand awareness and social media presence in cooperation with the marketing department;
7. Train Sales team in best practices and use emerging technology and intelligence to improve our client’s sales numbers

Skills Required by Marketing Consultants
1. Innovative and able to take risks and implement creative ideas for the business profits
2. Ability to know the trends in the market and plan marketing strategies accordingly
3. Should possess leadership quality and believe in team work
4. Should be good at researching and analyzing the market
5. Proven experience as marketing consultant or similar role
6. Motivation and enthusiastic and ability to meet the set goals of sales and profits
7. Take critical decisions for the company and should have ability to sense any kind of future risks
