Honestly. It's an influence they can't resist.

The most powerful kleptomaniac is Het majesty the Queen of England. Elizabeth II. Yes you read that right. She's a kleptomaniac.

Whenever she went for shopping in her younger days, the crown (the royal family) will inquire about the supposed Mart or store, give them instructions to stock it properly and send the invoice of everything, every item the store has in stock. The crown will then pay in advance before visiting the store.

Such that peradventure the young princess secretly picks anything (by impulse) and is hidden, she would not be tagged a thief since ALL the items have kuku being paid for before the visit.

They created liberty for her due to her kleptomaniac tendencies. She still does it as a queen but, it's not tantamount to stealing since it's been paid for.


Kleptos, true kleptos are unprepared for the things they steal neither do they plan it. The urge or drive just come and they do it compulsively immediately.
There's no motive of stealing. So they aren't supposed to be court-tried.
