|Naija Music by Boss13: 11:21pm On Jul 06, 2018|
Disclaimer - I’m tipsy writing this.
I’m at a patio open space bar at Bay Street Toronto, Financial district in Canada and having a hangout with colleagues. Beautiful environment and relaxed space. It felt so good hearing naija music blasting from the DJ stereo. I had to acknowledge the DJ, a Caucasian, as various multicultural people from various ethnicity were enjoying themselves. Naija music don go far and I felt proud. I know Uk people are blasting Naija all night as I don rock dem party wella but I didn’t know Canadians, very conservative people, dey enjoy our stuff.
To our Nigerian musicians, keep doing what you do. The world is listening.
