At Last, Supreme Court Frees Saraki Of Code of Conduct Tribunal Trial http://ooreporters.com/at-last-supreme-court-frees-saraki-of-code-of-conduct-tribunal-trial/ Senate President Bukola Saraki is now a free man on assets declaration and sundry charges once levelled against him before the Code of Conduct Tribunal as the Supreme Court on Friday laid to rest the trial. Bukola Saraki , Dsmising the matter, a five-man panel of the apex court led by Justice Dattijo Muhammad unanimously upheld Saraki’s appeal, and dismissed the remnant three counts, declaring the evidence led by the prosecution as hearsay.
