lol Akwa Ibom already has a power plant that's 1000% functional and supplying power to other states in the south. the new power plant is to complement the current one and generate larger amount of power.

Don't worry about maintenance, it's going to be privately handled

That's because of the federal legislation that electricity goes to the national grid before it's then distributed, if not Akwa ibom state should be enjoying 24 hrs electricity, presently some places in uyo have been getting light up to 18hrs a day which was not obtainable before. The more powerplant built, the better for the country.
