Living in Nigeria, you don't necessary need to be
"mad" but you must have trace/element of
"madness" in you so as to perceive/identify
"madness" when it is not happening, about to
happen or is happening in order to prevent, avoid,
stop or run for cover as need be.
The exigency for this is solely because people's
thoughts, actions, reactions, contribution and
comments are becoming so unbecoming.
