In our quest to create a platform for both parties to establish a very fair playing ground, we decided to offer our S5 system as a service including maintenance of the software, database licensing, re-hosting, Security Socket Layer(SSL), access pin code, physical training for parents, admin and teachers on how to use the software et cetera.

For all the listed items and more above to be installed in your school there will be a
subscription fee (which includes maintenance) of …………… per student per term as the implication. Our system is not a rigid system with a fixed price but a flexible system. As much as this software is for your school’s improvement and upgrade, the purpose of every school is also to serve parents in exchange of fees for learning to their wards. On demand we can even go to the extent of organizing a training/sensitization for the Parent/Teachers association of your school to elaborate to them the benefits of having this system in the school where their child attends.
Upon agreement to the terms, please contact the consultant who sent you this proposal, issue an approval letter to him/her so as to initiate the installation process and you will immediately be contacted by our technical team who will request for your specifications to tailor our software to meet your specific needs. For instance a soft copy of your school logo, students’ pictures, school motto et cetera will be requested to customize the software for your school. This is necessary because the application icon that would be up on google play-store and apple store would bear your school logo and some other technicalities. Other requirements for installation include:
Data gathering of all the students and staff in your school
Provision of a portable network access e.g wifi or routers
Provision of any hardware which the school requires for the installation e.g. Biometric scanners, RFID smart cards, etc.
