Fayose did not read the script well, he wore his Neck Guard Wrongly, either his doctor is as incompetent as Fayose or Oshoko rush to wear the neck guard was a big miss.

You are trying too hard. His security detail were with him along with a large crowd yet for some reason the tear gas had personal beef with fayose and identified him in the crowd and broke his neck and arm with gas fumes right?

Neck Guard is worn correctly. The picture you posted showed Neck Guards of different make. However you are on point medical procedure. It is not practicable to support a broken arm on a broken neck.
