Good news. It’s a good era for coffee drinkers. Even the world heaviest coffee drinkers are free from repercussions that were previously attributed to drinking much coffee. It is proven by the team at the National Cancer Institute that took data from people that took part in a genetic study in Britain; The U.K Biobank. They took samples from half a million participants that gave thorough lifestyles and health questions for continued research into genes and health.

Using a 10 years’ study period, the death rate was recorded.

The genes that were responsible for metabolizing caffeine were analyzed to check how much and the kind of coffee people drank.
It was established that that no matter the quantity or the kind of coffee they drank, the death rate of people who drank coffee was significantly lower than that of the non coffee drinkers during the 10 years’ sample period. It was stated in the Journal of the American Medical Association’s JAMA Internal Medicine.

During the 10 years with a total number of 14,000 death rate, non coffee drinkers had higher rate of death than no coffee drinkers.

‘’ There was fretfulness about the health effects of drinking too much coffee, especially with participants with common genetic polymorphisms (differences) that influence caffeine digestion’’ according to the research.

‘’For instance, earlier studies have hinted that variance in the gene that converts 95 percent of caffeine breakdown could disrupt the associations of coffee drinking with cardiovascular probable outcomes. Those with slow caffeine breakdown showing higher risk of having high blood pressure (hypertension) or heart attack while participants with higher metabolizers who takes coffee showed less risk of developing these outcomes’’

Their research showed no further risk for variance in genetics, However, there are loads of promising explanation for the healthy advantages of drinking coffee.

- Its the No. 1 antioxidant. The chemical that fights off body intruders that causes sicknesses as a result of day to day living.
- It improves how the body uses insulin and reduces body inflammation.
- You could save a lot of cash by using the trending super automatic espresso machine at Friedcoffee.

It was established that drinking a large quantity of caffeine can kill, it will take a large and habitual amount of coffee to deliver a lethal dose- more that 4 liters at once. Pregnant women are also advised to limit their caffeinated coffee intake.
The researchers warned that there are no additional benefits that can be attributed to increasing the quantity of coffee intake. thus, the reduction in death rates did not improve with increase in the number of coffee cup that were drank daily.

Yawn. These are lies or exaggerations financed by coffee producing companies.
Nigerians don't consume coffee at all. It's probably because we're more exposed to cocoa drinks as children. If you travel to a developed nation you go beg for mercy, the amount coffee consumed in a day alone can wholly finance a medium sized African country's budget if converted back to cash.
