Due to the nature of my work, I moved to Lagos and right now, am in search of a standard self contain or one room self contain(tiled, fenced with water) that's close to illupeju /obanikoro for ease of transportation to work. The apartment should or can fall within this axis; Ojota, Surulere, Palm groove, Onipan, Obanikoro, Ijesha, Gbagada, Anthony, Pedro, Yaba, Charity, Kilo-Marsha etc. And my budget is 200k-250k I don't need huge charges of agency fee, lawyer or caution fee.
