Judging from his style of leadership so far, Akwaibomites have confirmed him as a master of execution. His quest for job creation, wealth creation, poverty alleviation, political inclusion infrastructural consolidation and expansion underscores his desire to leave Akwa Ibom better than he met it.

Broadly speaking, Udom Emmanuel is the kind of man Akwa Ibom needed for so long. We wanted a man who is interested in transformational leadership, filled with consistent motivation. We have found the man in Governor Udom Emmanuel.

As our pilot into the industrialization era, Akwaibomites have come to terms that Udom Emmanuel is as a professionally humble, intellectually versatile, innately collaborative, highly authentic and creatively reflective Governor.

Today's complex and uncertain business environment requires new forms of leadership.
