some of u on Nairaland will jump into a thread even though u don't know anything about the topic. Can't u see that they are using block to set the drainage instead of steel and concrete for it? How will the road last if the issue of flooding is not properly done? If the quality of drain is as bad as this,what should we expect of the road?
