Every country is popular with one or two things. Nigeria is also popular with fraud because our leaders are our mentors
...and the leaders learnt it from who? Leaders dont just decide to be fraudulent. Maybe its the society that moulded the leaders. The society that taught them that if you dont steal you are mumu. The same society that calls fraud sharpness.

Nope don’t blame it on the leaders. Some youths are just lazy criminals and don’t want to be productive

Is it an offence to login using a phone number from Nigeria, then chat with a person who is outside Nigeria? I don't see anything suspicious here.

I would like to assume that Facebook provides similar information about those who login using a phone number from any country, otherwise that would be discrimination by country.
