Hello nairalanders, I have been invited for an interview by aiico plc for the position of a sales rep and I was hoping someone here could give me an idea of what they pay and job is like. Thank you. |

my broda AIICO job does not wat it but if u just want to keep urself busy pending when u get a better job then u can tak up d offer, their pay is 60k for 250k target per month but if fail to meet up wit ur target then u will be paid 6k. just think abt it. 1 Like 2 Shares |

my brother thanks jare' I went for the interview today and the offer was exactly what you said but I wasnt told anything about the 6k part. The interview was good because it was brief and they went straight to the point. Anyway I dont think the offer is worth it cos considering worst case scenario: if i dont meet with the 250k means I am not getting nothing for the month cos I'd have probably spent more than 6k on the job for that month. 1 Like 1 Share |

snowballa:It was good and straight forward. Had test before the oral interview The successful ones was asked to come for training on Friday. It's marketing. Am still thinking If I should go. Though the commission and the salary is not made known. The last statement she made was If I could get 4 businesses for them In a month.? That It's commission based employment. Congratulations |

Aiico sales rep is just a modern day re branded act of slavery, u will be told of how much commission u will get when u bring in a customer that brings in a particular amount of money sort of like an investment but in this country of today no one will do that kind of investment. As for the selling of insurance part, they don't practice it as much but that is what they r to be practicing. I worked with them for two months and got few clients but I didn't collect the commission on them because it was small. I trekked oshodi and trade fair infact I just had to stop, so if you know you don't have endurance don't bother to do the work 1 Like 1 Share |
