Has buhari made any recent policy to deter the capital market performance?

Investors seek to know the political trend of the country they're investing. They ask, is it heading towards being a failed state, or, its on a progressive course?

Nigerian political trend have always being unstable for investment. Hence this isn't necessarily PMB's fault. It's a national problem that needs to be solved from the grassroots not the government.

Its even more unstable at the moment. The buhari led government is heating up the political arena against the opposition, whom he sees as 'enemies'. Such activity is the cause of insecurity many regions of the country faces today. The federal power does not think it should do more to protect places under the control of opposite forces. That's is to say, if Mr. A has an investment (let's say real estate) in a region under opposition control where security is fast degrading, he wouldn't mind selling it cheaper than he invested in it.

That's a blueprint of what's happening in the stock market.

I see no convincing evidence, at the end you're just arguing based on prejudice.

Which business man will sell lower than he bought just because of sentimentalism

You haven't given me any evidence to believe that the current stock downturn is as a result of government activities. Please my brother we don't need sentiments at this period.

This is a lie. Go read about investment generally and what lead to the American Recession some years ago. Was it not the Housing collapse that lead to a crash in the value of properties generally in the US thereby affecting the whole world.

Even currently i Nigeria go check to see how property litters the street of Abuja without any Buyer. All on Offer.
