My number one is exercise. Without it I feel very useless. It boosts both the mind and body, giving one confidence throughout the day.

Number two is a bath. It always accompanies exercise. Whether one uses soap or not is irregardless because the feel of cool water running down your body especially on a hot day or in a tropical climate is a blessing in its own right.
