Pimples is the outgrowth of pores on our body, especially at the face region. Everyone wants to looks nice but pimples have defaced the looks of many beautiful girls and guys which are sometimes disgusting and make our faces less attractive.
Pimples are mostly manifested during the adolescent stages of life. Some people have pimples on their faces due to majority of reasons, some are due to their unhygienic nature, most ladies may see a sign of pimples before or during their periods (menstruation) which goes off after having their periods, some may be genetic, which actually develops to acne.

Some pimples which are not treated properly, may grow to become acne which is a very worse of pores and may becomes very difficult to be treated at later life.

How can you Prevent Pimples?

1. *REGULAR WASHING OF YOUR FACE*

To prevent the growth of bacteria or sweat around the face region, you must regularly wash your face at least 3 times daily. Aside from your morning bath, cultivate the habit of regularly washing your face with clean water especially before you go to bed, by doing these, you impede the growth of bacteria to thrive, thus, preventing you from having pimples. You also prevent the sweat pores from housing these pimples causing bacteria.

2. *USE LESSER MAKE UPS*

A lady can't do at least without using a make up to look good, yes, it's good to look good but for preventive sake, cultivate the habit of using lesser make ups on your faces, make ups blocks the sweat pores on your skin, which proliferates the growth of bacteria around the face region, especially the staphylococcus sp. which are major organisms causing pimples.

3. *USE MILD SOAPS/ ANTISEPTIC SOAPS*

The soap you use daily for bathing serves as an integral part on the skin of your body. Use soaps that helps to kills or fight off germs on the skin, like TURA, DETTOL, and other germs fighting soaps you can get from the market, these soaps aids in preventing bacteria thriving on your body that may proliferate the pimples.

4. *USE CLEAN HANDKERCHIEF AND TOWELS*

Always try and be hygienic. The handkerchief you do used to clean your faces, the towels you use to clean your body must be regularly kept cleaned. By doing this, you prevent the transferring of harmful bacteria to your body. These are foamites that may indirectly transfer germs to your body without knowing.

5. *REGULARLY WASH YOUR BEDSPREAD*

These are known as bedsheets to many, many ignores the habits of not washing their bedsheets, some may not even wash their bedspread for months, No, this no hygienic enough, cultivate the habits of washing your bedspread at least thrice to four times a week, what many failed to understand is that, whenever you laid on the bed, and you sweats, you pass out delicate germs which may not be good for your body system, sleeping back on that bedspread without proper washing can triggers the activities of pimples causing bacteria.
