Position Vacant : Business Development Manager
Between the age 25yrs to 40yrs

Responsibilities:



Prospect and develop new customers

identifying and establishing new business

Plan and prioritise sales activities and customer/prospect contact to achieve agreed business aims.

Organising sales visits

Ensuring that set sales targets are met.

Perform outside sales activities including extensive travel , visiting customers on regular basis

Close and grow sales through professional communication with existing and potential clients

Promote and sell Export forwarding, Customs

Clearing of Imports/Exports, including temporal importation of equipment’s

Conduct post sale follow-ups with customers to ensure all sales agreements have been accomplished and customers are satisfied with all aspects of the transaction.

Follow-up with internal and external contacts in a timely manner. .

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and a high level of pipeline management.

Provide accurate periodic sales forecasts as requested.

Increase market penetration within assigned geography and/or vertical market by securing new customers and expanding the scope of products and services purchased by the existing customer base.

Continually maintain a professional and courteous relationship with customers.

Build relationships and establish faithful customer network to achieve market penetration.

Represent ALLTRADE POST EXPRESS LTD as the

preferred service provider for customers, employees, and

business partners



Qualifications & Desired Skills:

At least 3 years Sales Executive experience

related services and industries

Bachelor's degree , HND and/or three to

five years of proven sales or marketing experience

Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Strong project management, new business

development and customer retention skills is a must.

Must be well-presented, articulate and able to deal professionally with clients.

Self-motivated, extraverted, tactful, organized, results and goal-oriented professional.

Driven by a desire to satisfy customers and provide a high level of customer relations skills.

Ability to communicate and sell services

Capable of successfully closing the sales agreement and provide follow-up to assure sustainably strong customer relationships.

Renumerations: Salary and generous Commission
