This is so sad .She is from Katsina and because of that she must have been clamouring for Buharis second term not because he is competent but because he is from her state and today Buharis incompetence has taken her life .... Like I say always nobody can win under Buhari

Most people won't see this as good news when in reality it is a very good news. These politicians and government appointees have failed us. If we can't live peacefully in Nigeria, then they also do not deserve to live peacefully too.

These guys are/were in power and they failed to set us on the right path....especially in terms of security, I strongly believe that this is a payback for their inefficiencies and ineffectiveness while in office.

And imagine, while the onslaught was going, the security officers around said they can't engage the criminals until they get "reinforcements"!!!!! Like, who does that
And tomorrow when those security officers are killed in a similar way, people will be crying fowl

No RIP to him/them.

If you wind up suffering the same fate on some lonely highway, where would you suggest Nairaiand readers assign blame for your experience ?

30,000 policemen were drafted to Ekiti to steal the people's mandate, but none to Abuja-Kaduna road. Why? Because the bandits have 'kinsman license' to operate.

Nigeria in the clutches of Fulani bandits. . . . .

There is an army officer travelling with his orderly and daughter. The orderly escaped with gunshot but they killed the army officer and his daughter on the spot,” Haruna Isa, a VW Golf driver who survived the attack said.
“There is another person they killed after identifying that he was a policeman. Several other passengers were killed, while many were abducted.”

When every news has proved that Buhari has failed and performed worst than Goodluck in all areas including security, his e rats want to blame society and Nigerians, but last time its Goodluck that is the fault. Hypocrites.

This is failure of leadership. What is the use of being in government, if you can't provide security for the citizens?

Attacks happen daily.

They suddenly appear out of the bushes and attack unsuspecting travellers.

Ironical isnt it, an intellectual killed by an illitreate, an elite killed by one of the mass, shithole republic for you, when kashi starts to hit the fan is another 5 years from here the growing mass of the poor will over populate the few rich, you will see why nations clamor for wealth to be spread across and Bill gates claouring for education, education and education

YET YOU WILL DRIVE THE 160KM EXPRESS WAY AND NOT SEE A SINGLE POLICE/ARMY CHECKPOINT!

COMPARE THAT TO THE SOUTH EAST AND SOUTH SOUTH, WHERE YOU FIND ROAD BLOCKS EVERY 50 METRES!

abuja /Kaduna road again ?

I am stranded right now. I am from kaduna state but work in kwara state n had relocated my family there, but the challenge now is that they want to visit home for this long vacation and both the two route from kwara to kaduna i.e Birnin Gwari n Abuja/Kaduna road are not safe. This country is a fail state, nobody is safe anymore n the leaders r busy concentrating on how to deceive Nigerians towards wining the next election.
