A male suicide bomber detonated IEDs in Konduga during early morning prayers in a mosque around Ajari Konduga LGA Borno state.  7 people were killed while 7 others were injured.
The injured have been evacuated to Maiduguri for further medical attention by emergency response and security officials. The area is now calm and placid.

They are demanding that the Old Eastern Region (BIAFRA) be allowed a Referendum to ascertain if the greater number of people there want to leave the Lugardian geographical location called Nigeria or not?

This is bad. The service chiefs need to sit down and deploy strategies to combat these attacks. These ied's are locally made. They need to find out what's been use to make them, put a close watch on those that sell these materials, closely monitor those that come to buy the materials etc
The sad reality is that even if 100 suicide attacks were to be committed today, no one is held responsible for porous security sysytem.
