The prices are correct. Standard checkout time in hotels is usually 12 noon of the following day.

A day or per night usually ends by 12pm the next day.I doubt if Osdy has #3k per night/day except it's another hotel that he is referring to.There was a Nairalander who lodged at Central hotel at Akpapava road sometime ago.He even opened a thread narrating his bad experiences there.most Of the 4k below hotels in Benin City are guests houses for prostitutes.

Go to Edo Delta hotel at new Benin.... 3,500 to 4,000 a night....
