eluquenson:That won't be necessary as I was issued the wrong card. The person who referred me didn't give me enough info on the type of card I was supposed to collect. I planned on using it to withdraw from my PayPal account. Now I have lost #1050 for nothing. Do you have any idea how I can go about getting an international high card in exchange for the local high? I still have a balance of #950 left in the local high card. |
