Yes I would, depending on if she was single and the father of the baby is dead or want nothing
to do with her or the baby. if my feelings was true hell yeah, I wouldn't even give a damn what people say
I would be more then willing to be the child father. (now I feel like gay answering this question lol)

Thats the fantasy of some guys. They fall for pregnant women.
Once the woman gives birth to the child or if the pregnancy is no longer there, the guy ceases to love the woman.
