One of Nigeria’s foremost energy company, Total Nigeria, has continued to prove to Nigerians that aide the business aspect of their job, they also key into supporting qualitative education in the country.

The oil company recently stepped out at ensuring they helped in reviving the reading culture among Nigerian students which has suffered a serious setback over the years.

Total initiated the Book Reading Forum 2018 which has the theme, ‘Read, Explain, Ask and Decide (READ)’ and had about 80 students from 10 secondary schools review Nnedi Okorafor’s book ‘Zahra the Windseeker.’

The company believes that initiatives like this will go a long way in making the students to yearn for books and also save money to buy some educative books they have always wished to buy.
