Guys who knows if portal will be opened for fresh registration in stream II? My school has not uploaded our names and they are still collecting mobilization forms from people till now. I heard they Wil still collect next week.

exact scenario in my school too
Was told today That registration will cease next week friday 26th
By month end we'll start seeing our names online and latest first or second week in november we'll be in camp

yeah... If you want to difer it to stream 2(if there is stream 2 o)... then u wont be able to change state
you can only change state in batches but you can't change in streams
