Chewing stick does it for me.
If I want to read for the whole night, as long as I have it in my mouth... sleep will not come.

Give it a trial. It works like magic.

Oh well, I'm a 1st class graduate, best graduating student of my Faculty, Chartered Accountant (ACCA), Chartered Banker, and I've never read for 5 minutes at night. (But you don't wanna know how dedicated and diligent I am during the day). Summarily, find out what walks for you
