Actually concerning d issue of hard copy submission.. I guess someone gave a wrong advice here.. I hope have seen this info b4 this time.. One of d main reason d soft copy was sent to us is to send it as hardcopy back to them if d hardcopy didn't reach us on time.. Guys has always been doing that over the years. The printed soft copy has always been same with d hard one's.. Someone was even talking about thicker paper..pls let's be sure of info b4 putting it online. Try to always affirm from d predecessors... but since u guys Already scanned back ur soft copy to them b4 d deadline... No need to panic.... I got my confirmation mail 3 weeks ago. and I bliv everyone will receive theirs b4 the end of this month..

I guess this shouldn't be a reason for rejection. Probably u didn't fill ur info completely or u didn't scan back ur soft copy b4 deadline..

Guys, this poster is as newbie as you are! So, it's not that s/he knows much more than you.

As an older awardee, I will always advise playing by the rules, even beyond here. There's nowhere Total would have stated or expected that you sent your printed acceptance form to them if they dilly-dallied with the hard one. Rather, it's the other way round because they know the hard copy might not get to you on time. The hard copy is the original document, and just like the soft copy, you ought to assent to the original document likewise.

And about the thickness or no thickness of paper, that just further proves my senior status. Fine, your set received a softer document but that shouldn't constitute any problem here. Play by the rules and be guarded!

No one is seeking attention here. Of course am a new awardee that doesn't mean that I never have access to receive information from old awardee around me.. I followed d advice given to me by an old awardee like u.. He even showed me d copy they were given which is same has this year.. moreover I already have my receipt confirmation.. Everyone has d right to voice out their opinions... am just speaking from my own perspective which has worked out for me... This is already gone though.. Coz I bliv everyone has submitted now.. .. what should be on our mind now is when d payment will land.. I never mean any feud with u bro.. am a gentleman.. am just talking on what has worked for me and what has worked for an old awardee like u... am sorry.. Cool

You will receive it once d details u filled in ur hard and soft copies are verified..

But u don't neeed to panic ... Not every awardee received confirmation mail last year.. and that doesn't mean they weren't paid... Confirmation or no confirmation mail.. Once u fill d right info on ur documents u will definitely receive ur disbursement..
