It will only apply if only they re actually company staffs. If not nothing will be done unless on sympathy.. infant the company will even blame them for their deaths on carelessness. It happens in every companies/factories, be it big or small. Don't argue this. Thanks

Win ni! My dear it seems u r arguing based on sympathy. No company or enterprise will like to have a bad name. I won't mention a big company that one or two casual workers(non staff) die annually. But u won't hear a poo about it. The company will blame it on the worker. Buy yourself the best lawyer they'l win the case. If you like loose a leg.. they will sack you and replace you without compensation.
People like u will argue on things u don't know knowledge about. Even before getting employed.. companies hv numerous rules and regulations signed by the management and in which u'l agree to abide on. That alone will make dem hv an edge over u or even own u.
