The principle skills required are.

1: BS.c in Computer science or related
2: MCSE qualified
3: Great understanding of ITIL or PMP principles
4: Microsoft MSF and MOF principles.
5: Great Presentation, delivery, and organisational skills.
6: Extremely bright with 2/3yrs experience
