I've been hearing this "International Graduate" thing in Standard Chartered Bank. I would like to know everything about it. Please can someone explain it to me? Are they paid? What is their job description? Break it down for me please. Thank you.

well to the best of my knowledge (and i stand to be corrected) u apply for the IG prog thru their website,u ought to have finished ur nysc though, when u get chosen, u go for interviews which include phone, oral and written interviews, after u scale thru all these and u qualify,u become a part of their staff, then i think u would have the opportunity to travel(transferred) to any of their branches around the world as a staff member, which comes with very huge packages, experience and all that.thats abt wht i knw.
