At exactly 4.30am in the morning, high resolution surveillance camera capture a 20 year old woman Shamicah Burton in Detroit shooting a man after a heated argument. This high quality video was made possible with the help of a project called “Greenlight project” in which HIGH RES CCTV cameras in the city are connected directly to the police station so the police gets real time information on crimes happening in the city.



In the shocking video, three guys and one woman came down from a blue Dodge Charger car and a heated argument ensued with two guys who arrived in a green Pontiac Gran Prix, then the woman walks straight to her car, takes her gun and hides it under her mini-skirt. Within a few seconds, the woman opened fire on the driver of the green Pontiac who then knocked down a guy and climbed over him with the car. The worst part is that her friend tried to collect the gun from the woman but she refused, she just slipped it under her skirt and fired multiple shots at the driver of the Pontiac.



This wild, out of control shooting all happen at a Mobil gas station in Detroit. The quality of the video was so high that you would think it’s a movie scene but it’s not. Her face was so clear in the video that it took only 2 hours for the police to identify and capture her and her group. The judge while handing down the sentence commended the project and reiterated the importance of technology in the fight against crime. She was charged with aggravated assault and attempted murder.
