Obvious advantages of goat farming business in Nigeria are the simplicity of goat feed and the animal’s adaptability to almost any climate. Remember that goats are herd animals which means they thrive with company. So, before you begin, make sure you have several goats and not just one.

Goat Kids inherit their genetic potential from their parents. To breed high quality animals, only goats with superior characteristics should be selected and allowed to mate. They then transmit their superior characteristics to their kids. When this is done over a long period of time, it results in the improvement of the herd's genetics.

Therefor always strive for better quality in goat and more specifically in Bucks at the beginning of your goat Enterprise. Quality is more important than quantity in my opinion in the goat farming business., so always be selective and try to get the best quality you can for your budget.

Sheep Farming Business Plan in Nigeria – Some few years ago, this particular farming business was left for the Hausas and Fulanis to do alone. It was seen as just a mere farming Business. But the truth is that, this is one of the most profitable farming business you can ever go into. Many people have seen how poultry farming are very lucrative, same with goat farming Business but they haven't tested the business of sheep rearing. Truth be told; so many persons don’t know how lucrative the sheep farming business is and that is why much attention is not given to it.
