In my opinion, first we should stop being hypocrites; people who cherry-pick what we are comfortable with and discard everything else.

Second, we must learn to mind our business.

Third we must learn to work hard instead of expecting miraculous promotions.

Most importantly, we must learn to think critically and be rational.
