I think its cultural that was inherited from our fathers which still hangs around in one form or another.
Back in the days, the 80s when I was younger, criminals/wrong doers were stripped and made to walk naked at the 'market square' as an atonement.

Those boys should be arrested and charged to court. Nobody has the right to forcefully take off clothes from another person. To make it worse you beat her and still strip her nude. If the girl was to be my sister I'll tell her to even lie on top that she was ganged rape mercilessly.
