Akwa Ibom results have always been rigged. LGA Chairmen ekections rigged. There is a new thing happening. Ears are close to ghe ground. The PDP has maintained the farce of a national party voa rigging. OBJ never won the first 4th Republic elections in the first place. They rigged in governors whose qualification for office was being in the good books of godfathers and being good riggers.
