Apc merger was built on a strong foundation of merger between two political power house from south and north. The two political power house is in the persons of 1,) buhari -since return of democracy no nothern politican alive have defeat buhari in presidential election despite the fact that many of them have contested alongside buhari against the incubent party. Buhari guaranteed apc bloc voters from northwest and north east. 2) Tinubu-he had tough challenge in building his political dynasty in south. After battling obj to in order to survive political tsunami that swept through south west . he was able navigate through the storms and eventually fought back by establishing his political dynasty down south and he still enjoys multitude of followers across the niger and northern nigeria. His political school of thought has produced the likes of osinbajo, yayi, ambode, fayemi, akeredolu, fashola, ajumobi, aregbeshola, amosun gbajabiamilla, e.t. c which re power brokers today in national politics. Before apc formation acn had governors in all the geopoitical zones. They have the second highest lawmakers in both senate and house of rep after the imcumbent party pdp. As it stands apc with combination of buhari and tinubu means apc has the 3 region with the highest population of voters in nigeria namely 1. NORTH WEST REGION 2. SOUTH WEST REGION 3. NORTH EAST REGION the big question is out of all the decampees who can actually deliver regional bloc votes to pdp and break the formidable power houses of nigerian poitics (tinubu and buhari?? 6 Likes 1 Share |

Presidential race is not for local champs, all these one state champions. As the incumbent no state in Nigeria have not heard of the name PMB. I can categorically say that all these desperate mofos in PDP are paper weight. None of them can deliver a block vote from any region. Looking at PDP so called strongholds. The whole of bayelsa state's vote home of GEJ, will be neutralised by Alimosho here in Lagos. Kwankwaso and his movement can share Kano votes, nobody knows him South. The truth is to be a leader, you must produce other leaders. Tinubu has created a platform for other people to attain leadership positions. Am not a fan of Tinubu but he's the arrow head for the whole of SW. Buhari has a deity like personification, Buharist are all over the nation and are ready to vote for him. The easterners never had a leader, so na anywhere belle face..... APC will move slower but better this time around. |
