At least, I can beat Algeria with England on FIFA 2010. grin

Well if england had north korea in their group, I bet they too woulda won a match by now.

You and sauron should quit defending this overrated and pathetic team. the picture is extremely clear to every footie fans
Bruv I'm not defending em'. As I said earlier, there are no easy games in world football. England drew, nothing more nothing less and they will surely get better as the competition progresses.

win na win wether scrappy or mockery

nigerian case na spiritual pro'm
Compared to england, they played against lesser oppositions.

Having watched all the teams play, I can confidently declare that Nigeria is the worst team in this competition.

I am not talking FIFA10 o. . . .
I am talking about the new EA Sports World Cup game - there are no club sides on this one.
It's strictly designed for the WORLD CUP - it's the best football game on PlayStation.

Managers now shake hands on the touchline, bark out instructions to players.
Even the fans now have faces. U get Naija chics in tank-tops dancing Makossa on the terraces.
The game is so real - Presentation, fireworks, confetti and chants. U must LOVE it.

WORLD CUP Update:

At this rate, North Korea may as well STEAL the trophy (at the Decree of Kim Jong Il II)

Let's be honest. what,s the difference between England and the super eagles. atleast Nigeria have managed to put a few passes together an not

over-rely on ball launching.

England has 2 points after 2 matches and still has a chance of advancing to the next round. They were too over confident.
Nigeria has 0 points after 2 matches and chances of going to the next round are almost zero.

Capello has LOST IT!

Failure to play a decent side in the qualifiers is finally showing the massive weakness in his tactics.

England's hope is Gerard. If Gerard plays well, Rooney plays well.

But he is NOT because he is all over the pitch, has to attack has to defend.

Lampard should SIT on the bench.

Play Joe Cole and Gerard behind Rooney. Drop Heskey.

And England will be fresh!

They are now blaming 4-4-2 formation. . . . they say Capello cannot change from 4-4-2. . . . the funny thing about that is that the English always complain when their manager tries to play 4-5-1 or 4-3-3.

I dont know what these lot are tripping about. . . . is Algeria not a Nations Cup semi-finalist?. . . . do they not specialise in tight defence?. . . did they not knock Ivory Coast out of Nations Cup?

The English are too conceited and refused to consider that Algeria is actually a solid unit. Na im make dem dey vex anyhow out of false pride.

Nigeria played argentina, one of the pre-tournament favourites. quality of opposition differs significantly in that regard

And in the game against greece, we played with 10 men for more than 50 mins it's only normal for the numerically advantaged team to win.

To the million dollar question, what was/is england's excuse, let me guess, the jabulani ball grin grin grin bear in mind that they are one of the

pre-tournament favourite and given the quality of opposition in their group, 2 points from 2 games is a poor result.

Thats what I'm telling you. Their over confidence has made them have those poor results. But they can still advance to the next round if they can beat Slovenia.

When they were playing friendlies with the likes of Afghanistan, kosovo etc and winning with 5 goals to nothing, they believed this is their world cup.

Heskey is the worst player in the English Line-up!

No joke, the guy is just not a good player, he keeps messing the ball up, can't make good passes and doesn't even attempt at scoring a goal.

England sucked today. . .If Algeria were great players in their own right, they would have surely defeated England!

So you now see that even world class players with world class coaches can struggle or lose to inferior teams?

The funny part was seeing that bird nesting over the Algerian goal. Ultimately it found that spot knowing for sure the English wouldn't hit a banjo from 2 yards! LWKMD!

PSmissing person, One Wane Rooney has gone missing since the 12th of June and has not been seen since then, please if anyone comes across the said person kindly report to the nearest English broadcast station for identification, Lampard too<grin>

Are you thinking at all? Both Nigeria and England have almost the same chances of going through to next round if they win. A draw is no good to both of them.

I hope they don't mess up against Slovenia. I hope they learned a valuable lesson today.

A team that has at least 6 world class players is not world class?

So which teams do you classify as world class?

what makes them world class and England not?

Not really, it is in Englands hands. It is not in Nigeria's hand.

England just needs to win, Nigeria needs Argentina to win for them.

ENGLAND fans at least have something to smile about - Germany lost.
OK, so the Three Lions may have flopped in their awful 0-0 draw with Algeria - but we can take comfort in the Germans' 1-0 defeat to Serbia in Group D.
