it was learnt that the landlady of the house polluted the street by open the soakaway and poured the water with fluids out into the gutter while the rain was falling. unfortunately the rain stop and the fluids of the latrine stored in front of other people's house.
so environmental health authority heard about it and conduct their investigations. the next day, they brought court order to seal the house.
pathetically, all the occupants or tenants in the house were not around when the Environmental Health Officer brought the court order and seal up the compound. their cooked foods and other stuffs as well as their livestock were seal up inside the compound.
