This statement is credited to a constitutional lawyer, a senior Advocate who is well grounded in law and those in the legal profession knows his onion. Therefore it is an attestation that Senator, Dr.Bukola Saraki must have considered the legal implication before taking this move. |

This scenario, by implication, was decided in 2014 by the actions of former Speaker and all APC members. To condemn it now will only amount to double speaking. Saraki is remaning the Senate President til the next election. Thank you. Next! |

BeeBeeOoh: But other renown lawyers like Femi Falana think differently; they contend that while there were clear divisions and factionalisation in the PDP most especially at its national structure (headed by Bunu Sharrif) the same could not hold for the APC by a mere proclamation of a small dissident group such as the rAPC. In any case time is running out to effectively challenge these arguments, for or against, in court and therefore will practically remain merely academic. |
