1. Creating customers: In this training, you will be able to create customers profile, create sales orders and convert it to an invoice when the customer buys, sell goods to customers, create invoices and receipts, give credits to customers, receive returned goods from customers and refund their money, give discounts to customers, sell on credit or cash to customers, generate reports regarding all customers ledgers.

2. Create vendors: You will be able to create vendors profile, create purchase orders, buy goods from suppliers, return goods to vendors, pay money to vendors, generate reports regarding transactions with vendors.

3. Create Employees: This module involves creating profiles for employees, sales reps, pay salaries and give commissions on sales, promote or terminate appointments etc.

4. Inventories: Create inventory items of all types, buy new stocks, build stock from existing stock just like in manufacturing, adjust inventory prices etc.

5. Chart of Accounts: This is the same as the General Ledger that you know, you will learn how to create chart of accounts for all types of business ranging from service business to manufacturing accounts, as well as fill in beginning balances which you know as balance b/f.

6. Banking: Create bank accounts, reconcile bank with cash accounts etc.

7. Use General Journal to journalize entries that involved two accounts only.

8. Project Management: Learn how to track cost and benefits of the different phases of a project. This is good for job costing and estimating expected revenue from a job. It will also enable you to estimate the expected finishing time of a project etc.

9. Reports: Use reports to generate Balance sheet, Audit trail, customize reports and put company logo, export to excel for formatting etc.
