Guys. Can anyone put me through on how to pay for my school fees through bank via CBN rate PTA

Is the rate going to be CBN rate. Which bank will give me the equivalent of CBN rate to pay.

I want to pay my school fees of 9000 pounds and I want to pay via Naira using PTA CBN rate form A.

Go to your bank or Firstbank, EcoBank, GTBank or Wema and ask for Form A but only the ones on the Island though.
