9. Oworonshoki Lagoon Reclamation: 50 hectares of land being reclaimed, for transformation into an entertainment district (hotel, event centers, cinemas, clubs, bars, bus terminal, parking space for 1,000 vehicles, etc)

10. Reconstruction and expansion of the Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (ABAT) Truck Terminal in Orile-Iganmu. The park will accommodate 1,000 trucks and help create a permanent solution to the Apapa traffic gridlock.
